NYC: Music from Ground Zero @Knitting Factory 9/11
Tim Tuttle and some amazing NYC musicians return again this year on September 11th to both celebrate and remember the victims on the seventh anniversary of that tragic event. Tuttle lost over 35 friends and former co-workers on 9/11 and has been writing and recording music to honor them ever since. What started as a solo acoustic project to tell his story morphed into something much larger when several talented locals joined up to add support. The result was a 12 song CD entitled "Music From Ground Zero". After release it was shipped free of cost around the world to both U. S military and American school kids in an effort to bring them closer to Ground Zero in NYC. A new CD will be released this summer with a slightly edgier groove as the band continues to record. The music is truly a rock opera to keep the memory alive.
All proceeds from the show each year are donated to charity. Over the years Tuttle has contributed the gate to various educational and hospital funds. Again, so sorry for the audio and the vid quality, I really had no choice T.T if I didn't convert the amv 2 times, I will not be able to upload it to youtube.
This time ive been very busy with my studying, so I cannot take much time for making amv's even there are still tons of songs in my waiting-list lol so I just make amv when it is for birthdays or special times only, until I can get the break time in this course.
This one is for Anthony -- a very special friend of mine. He is now very busy with his business and cannot see this vid now but I hope when he gets back, he will enjoy it =) anyway I put all of my heart in doing it
Some people asked me if I would pair unsual couples such as Tifa and Squall, Aerith and Vincent, etc. and my answer is no. I played the game and I myself respect the whole story as well as I respect the musicians, so no unusual pairings, no special effects for the tracks, etc. its just like that.
So yea, here we have Squall/Rinoa, Vincent Valentine/ Lucrecia, Tidus/ Yuna. This is the first time ive tried editing more than usual, so yea, you may see that there are a lot of cut scenes together and even a bit colour effect.

Ozzy Osbourne Inks New Three Album Deal With Sony

Ozzfest 2008, with METALLICA and OZZY OSBOURNE as headliners, grossed nearly $3.5 million and drew close to 30,000 people to Dallas' Pizza Hut Park, according to producers Sharon Osbourne and AEG Live. Sponsored by Affliction Clothing, this year's Ozzfest marked the return of the 13-year-old music brand after a free run at amphitheaters last year.
This year's one-off event did "fantastically well," Sharon Osbourne tells Billboard.biz. "The one thing is you want for the kids to go away and keep talking about what a great show it was, and that's what they're doing."
Osbourne says plans are for Ozzfest to return to Dallas again next summer, likely as a two-day festival, and other cities are also being considered.
"Ozzfest ain't going anywhere," she says. "We do try and shake things up and experiment, we're not the old donkey that plods on doing the same shit."
Meanwhile, 2008 has been a great year for Ozzy, Osbourne adds. "Ozzy had an unbelievable last record (Black Rain), an unbelievable year touring, and he's in the studio right now recording," she says.
