Saving Planet Mud

So, the planet’s given up on mankind, all we hear about these days is global warming this and hurricane Katrina that, it seems like the human race is doomed to extinction in the face of some self-induced biblical scale catastrophe.

But don’t despair rock music and hippes are about to make it their mission to save the planet. I’m going to this years Glastonbury Festival to find out what people know about this climate change stuff and if I can do anything to help save the planet.

  • GL THis is lots of fun! you are a natural with that mic. Hey. i think you left a comment on our pod about almost being run over by an electric vehicle. My thoughts on that is that they should sell NEVs with ringtones... ya know... so you can choose your own little jingle when you drive by a pedestrian.

  • This is fun and vibrant piece of work and gives a great insight into Glastonbury and shows exellent energy saving tips.
    There is also a stong message here and shows that not only are people under the lack of knowlege about our planet but that they are quite ignorant too. As a dedicated recycling and eco friendly person, I would appreciate seeing this developed into a weekly programme or advertisements on telivsion to kick start a start a raising awareness throughout the country.
    The camera work is great, and the interviews with people from all different intellectual backgrounds in terms of Global warming and it makes this piece highly entertaining, interesting and informative. I also think that it grabs peoples attention and most importantly from any age group too.
    Well done Jon Brooks and hope to see you more of your work in the near future.
